Research and Development
Kennex Soar is a Sino-Japanese joint venture. We have a group of managerial staff of research, design, and production with the support of Japanese management and technology.
Automatic Production and Lead Time
Our factory is located in Chashan Town, Dongguan City, the center of the manufacturing capital, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. The factory houses 150 employees and is equipped with many automatic production lines. We have the ability to design and develop independently and accept the order whether mass production or small batch production. The lead time is 30-60 days.
Quality Control
Kennex Soar has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 certifications. We established one company in HK and one in Dongguan in 1993, supplying products to Sony, Kyocera, Epson, and IRIS. Our product's defect rate is under 48PPM.

Our quality department is divided into 6 groups of people: QA management is responsible for customer complaints; 4 internal QC groups are responsible for online inspections, OQC checking, and relative recording in different workshops; IQC is responsible for IQC, suppliers qualifying, components environmental testing and reports; the labor is responsible for all labor testing and recording, maintaining and calibration of all testing equipment.

Our cleaning equipment of rotor in motor RSB-809 stock solution 8 seconds at room temperature --RSB-809 stock solution 8 seconds at room temperature -- circulating hot air drying 8 seconds in line with the international motor cleaning shipping standards. Our machine has strong cleaning ability, low surface tension, good wettability, and especially good cleaning effect on fine holes and seams. There is no corrosion to metals and plastics, low odor, easy to degrade and no harm to human body and environment.
